I am Elizabeth Klimowski. I have my Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in dance and Upbeat Pilates certification.

I have been teaching and choreographing dance for 27 years. I currently teach Upbeat Pilates at Mendon Academy on Wednesday nights 6:30-7:30. 

I love helping people get stronger.
