These spaces are perfect for yoga, pilates, small group training, dance, martial arts, wellness workshops, seminars, retreats, as well as practices such as; reiki, massage, acupuncture, and consultations.

Studio one.
Our smallest space of about 300 sq ft. Studio One includes a TV screen, color changing lights, fans, and a separate control for AC/Heat. Access to the bathrooms in reception are used with this space.
Studio two.
A spacious 1000 sq ft. fitness studio located in the former 2 bay firehouse garage. High ceilings, mirrors on one side, sound system, AC/Heat, a dedicated bathroom, fitness equipment, ballet barre, and a cushioned wood floor.
Studio three.
Upstairs in the original schoolhouse building, Studio Three is 1000 sq ft. with high ceilings, vinyl floor, and equipped with a variety of yoga props that can be rented. Separate control for AC/Heat.
